I'm a London-based personal trainer and running coach providing in-person and online services. A qualified personal trainer for 10 years, I have a background in distance running, competing in events up to 100 miles. Outside of running I enjoy cycling and strength training, both for variety and longevity. I firmly believe in developing skill in movement in whichever form you choose - from calisthenics to hard and fast interval training, to non-complex (but potentially very challenging) functional fitness sessions. A good attitude, consistency, adaptability, and willingness to learn are key.
