FAQ's

WHERE WILL WE TRAIN?

Private studio locations in Primrose Hill, Hampstead, and Islington. Outdoor locations at Primrose Hill/Regents Park, Parliament Hill/Hampstead Heath, and Barnard Park. Home based sessions or private gym sessions upon request. 

HOW WILL WE TRAIN?

The training format and programme design will depend on the objectives of the individual, and factors such as current fitness levels, time committments, and budget.

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

The inital step is a phone consultation (usually lasting around 10-15 minutes). This is a chance for you to ask questions, and talk through your requirements in greater detail. It is also a chance for me to find out about your exercise and health background, including any injuries or medical conditions that you may have, and your objectives.

The next step is a one-hour trial session; the chance to meet me and to experience the style of training on offer. The session also enables the me to establish your current fitness level and areas of strength and weakness, so that subsequent session planning can be appropriate to your specific needs.

  • CIMPSA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) Personal Training Practitioner

  • Public liability insurance up to £2 million

  • Accredited and licenced to train in The Royal Parks

  • DBS certifiation for junior PT and junior running coaching sessions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

USERS OF SERVICES

Must be over 18 years of age or, if less than 18 years of age, have provided parental consent to attend personal training sessions or running coaching sessions.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND CAPABILITY TO EXERCISE

If you have any doubts about your fitness and capability to exercise (or are new to exercise), it is strongly recommended that you get advice from your doctor before beginning a new training programme. If you have any existing medical conditions or injuries which could compromise your ability to exercise safely, you are kindly requested to highlight these during the initial telephone consultation.

SESSION TIMINGS

Adult sessions run for 1 hour. Junior sessions run for 40 minutes. If you are late for your session start time, your session length will be reduced accordingly. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your session start time, your session may be cancelled, and you will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of sessions. Sessions cancelled after the 24 hour notice period are chargeable.

EXPIRY

All personal training packages expire after 6 months, from the date of purchase.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All payments for sessions must be made in full prior to any sessions commencing. Packages and one-off sessions are non-refundable.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Any personally identifiable information that you provide will only be used for the purpose(s) for which it was supplied (e.g. review submissions, contact information for purposes of invoicing, scheduling sessions etc).
